My name is Jessica. I am a 26 year old mother of one. I graduated from McMaster University with a B.A. in Sociology and Applied Behavioural Analysis. I am currently certifying as both a Birth/Labour Doula and Postpartum Doula through Doula Training Canada. I am also insured through the Association of Ontario Doulas.

I am also First Aid/ CPR Level C certified through the Canadian Red Cross.

My goal is to eventually apply to become a midwife through McMaster University.

I know as a young mother I did not receive the support I needed throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. This is why I want to be able to provide support, so all women feel heard.

I provide a range of services. We are also LGBTQ friendly.
